Villa Fuerte
The size of the villa is 400 sq.m. while it is privately located in a 5000 sq.m plot, offering to our visitors the quality time they deserve for perfect holidays, anniversary celebration or wedding event.
Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace & Outside Area
The 50 sq.m. swimming pool sits among a lawned garden with trees and flowering shrubs making it the ideal place to relax on one of the sunbeds or the sofas whilst admiring the infinite yard of the Villa and the snowcapped until the first days of June, mountains of Crete. The landscaped garden provides many outdoor games for kids like a table-tennis, a treehouse, a trampoline and a slide.
Entrance
Villa Fuerte has off-road parking with a sloping driveway beside the Villa to park your car hires. The main entrance is at the front with a few steps up to the front door.
Living Space & Kitchen
Divided into three floors, the villa can accommodate 16 guests in the existing beds and 2 more guests in extra beds and in the sofas.
The bright, open plan kitchen island, dining and seating area on the ground floor is a great place to socialise after a day by the pool. The big shutter doors flood the room with light and really open up the feeling of space.
At the basement, we have created a playground, which with 6 single beds and a wooden slide can become your children favourite spot at the Villa.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
On the ground floor, there three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, the next one has two double beds and the last one has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is also a guest bathroom and a family bathroom with a bathtub.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a jacuzzi and a terrace with fabulous views of the surrounding area.
On the basement, there is a bathroom, a bedroom with a king bed and the children playground.
Our guests enjoy the absolute privacy of our fenced yard that includes also space for parking your cars. We also offer free access to a tennis court nearby our property.
